Basically if you are found to be 51% at fault or more in an accident they will take away your safe driving discount. I am wondering who will monitor this. I am afraid the INSURANCE companies will decide (not the police) who was at fault for purposes of the auto insurance and stop the deduction for anyone involved in an accident!
